Accepted Payment Methods

1stphormstores accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa (credit and debit cards)
  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)
  • PayPal

All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD) . If your card or PayPal account is denominated in another currency, your bank or PayPal may apply a conversion fee. We do not control or receive any portion of that fee.

How Payment Is Processed

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full order amount at checkout. The authorization places a hold on the funds but does not transfer them to us. Funds are captured — actually transferred — when your order is dispatched from our facility. If an order is canceled before dispatch, the authorization is released, and any hold on your funds is removed.

Payment Security

All payment transactions on the Site are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Card data is transmitted directly to our payment processors, which are PCI-DSS compliant. PayPal payments are completed through PayPal’s secure checkout flow.

No Surcharges

We do not apply surcharges for using any accepted payment method. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you are charged. There are no convenience fees, processing fees, or minimum order requirements.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, the order will not be placed. You may retry with a different payment method. If an authorization is placed but the order is later canceled by us due to unavailability or a pricing error, the authorization will be released. Release times vary by card issuer, typically 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For card payments, the refund is submitted to your card issuer within 1–2 business days of approval, but your issuer may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the credit to your statement. For PayPal, the refund is submitted to your PayPal account and typically posts within 3–5 business days, though timing depends on your PayPal funding source.
