1stphormstores is an independent online retailer based in Arcadia, Louisiana. We sell sports nutrition and fitness-related products to customers across the United States.
Who We Are
We are a small, focused operation. Our team handles order processing, customer support, and fulfillment directly from our Arcadia facility. When you contact us, you are reaching the people who actually process your order — not a third-party call center.
What We Do
We source and offer products that meet our standards for quality and value. Every item we list is stocked and shipped by us, from our own location. We do not operate as a marketplace, and we do not list products we cannot fulfill ourselves.
Our Commitment
We believe that a clear, honest transaction is the foundation of a good customer relationship. That means:
- We publish our shipping times, return window, and contact details prominently — not buried in fine print.
- We do not make claims about products that we cannot support.
- We answer customer emails and calls with real information, not scripted responses.
- We handle returns and refunds according to the policies we publish, without hidden conditions.
Independence
1stphormstores is an independent business. We are not a subsidiary, franchise, distributor, or affiliate of any other brand or company. Our brand name, website, and operations are entirely our own. Any resemblance to other brand names is coincidental, and we make no claim to any third-party trademark or trade name.
